Your order

All orders are processed and shipped from our San Francisco, CA location within 7-10 days (COVID) of the order being placed for all items in stock.  Any back order or special order items will be shipped as they are made or received.  All packages will be sent signature required unless otherwise requested.  If the signature is waived the customer will assume all responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen packages.  Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. For larger packages the shipping charge may need to be altered and we will contact you at the time of shipping for any additional charges.  

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.

Shipping within the United States

We ship via United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. 

Shipping Internationally

We do ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at check out, please enter in your shipping destination. YONDER is not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.  At this time we are not able to provide exact delivery time frames for all destinations, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks.  In addition some international shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest for you to contact your local customs office for any additional information.

Returns/Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on all items. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at yonderpacifica@gmail.com, and we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.

As with all handmade items, please be aware that slight differences from the listing photo in color, dimensions, or silhouette may occur. We consider these natural variations a beautiful part of the process, and hope you will enjoy your truly one-of-a-kind, handmade purchases.
